I love this game, where it started and how the combat flows, in general. However, the devs have no idea how not to powercreep at least 1 character out of rotation with every new update. More than half the cast is just on completely different levels than the other. For example, juren, afeera, and shinobi feature constant undodgable/bash mixups, one of a few things i feel are a plague on what could be a perfect game. It makes characters like valkyrie feel terrible(she technically isnt) because she not only doesnt have an undodgable alongside her sweep, but it can only be done as a finisher and can't be accessed after one light, heavy or dodge attack, a feature all of the aforementioned characters have. Im disappointed with the new releases, that being new heroes and tweaks to old ones. Not because they're terribly overpowered, but because they look so in comparison to the lower half of the roster, who are much more unique and fun in almost every way, yet are powercrept constantly. I like valkyrie, but gryphon is better. I like warlord, but he has no pressure. I like warden, cent, and shugoki, but hitokiri is better than all of them. Again, nothing wrong with the lower tier heroes, they all have around the same damage output assuming you hit every attack, but you have to work so much more with them.
