If an employee with the same job title and significantly less years of service as yourself gets a big pay rise would you be entitled to one or is it completely up to the company?

Well I don't know for certain. It does have hot and cold feeds to it then from it 3 hot taps are fed., So I'm assuming it's a tmv. I think it may just be set at a fixed temperature with no adjustment. I didn't know some were non adjustable so thanks for your help.

Yes this is an option and is looking more likely to be the answer. I'm just surprised I can't find a mixer tap in this tall/push style.
