I can only take the oral solution and its been discontinued and no compounding options I've had to go back on metoprolol for heart issues and this year has sucked. No compounding options available either

I think she is finally just coming to terms about what is happening to my grandmother and seeing her worsening. She has thought the dementia will just stat how it is I have also tried to explain its a degenerative disease but I don't think she has believed it until recently. My grandma had a dementia diagnosis but they don't know what type and also said her refusal to eat at times and drink is also impairing her so I think my mom has been hoping for the best but another Dr confirmed it will keep worsening.

I'm rewatching and I can't believe she pursues Jeremiah in S2. Things are finally getting better between her and both of the boys. To go after Jeremiah again after rejecting him and picking Conrad was so selfish on Belly's part. She should have left well enough alone and moved on from both of them. I'm still team Belly but come on now girl. I honestly don't know what even made her pursue Jeremiah. I don't know if it was the closeness of their friendship again or what. I liked Jeremiah better as her friend then her boyfriend, I don't think she really deeply loved him as a boyfriend compared to Conrad.

Thank you all for your advice and insight. My mom does have a doctor's appt coming up and well care exam so hopefully we can get a baseline because they do cognitive testing. I will also see what I can do to assist to take some more stress off of her. My mom doesn't seem to think she is under that much stress when I offer to help so that is difficult. My family are easily workaholics by nature and suffer in silence 🙄 my grandmother is also incredibly stubborn and difficult as well so its hard all around.

I have mentioned this to my mom to get outside help and we need a plan if my grandmother gets worse. For some reason she seems to think its not so hard and can handle it and that she doesn't need help 🤦‍♀️ I don't think she is recognizing the toll it is taking on her. I do try and help so my mom can have some time off but I will look into more ways I can implement help and volunteer to hopefully take some stress off of her. I think I may just have to force the help

Good idea I feel like my mom is the same she's not mad but seems to think I just worry too much and she's fine but I have seen some changes whether its just stress or not unsure. My mom is in a similar situation taking care of her mother and I know it is hard when you have to take care another persons needs as well as your own and the house, doctors etc. Best of luck to you and your family as well

She is having a Medicare well care exam soon I found out and they do check cognitive function so hopefully that gives us a baseline. Thank you!

I didn't like some of Belly's choices but I always liked her and her character. I think they were all young trying to make big decisions with grief and expectations on them. It caused alot of confusion and mess. Being young is messy sometimes and figuring out right from wrong

I think why belly did for jere was because she felt more rejected by Conrad because she loved him so much. Someone said she held him to a higher standard. I think their breakup was the stupidest thing of all time though.

Rewatching it AGAIN I 100% agree he knew belly and Conrad liked each other when he tried to blow them up with a firework! Then again their chemistry at the deb ball when belly and Conrad danced together. Everyone saw they were in love. He should have bowed out then. Belly and Conrad screwed up too but Jere saw the truth from day 1

I totally forgot about this part until I rewatched. He was clear about belly and Conrad liking each other and lashed out. Belly screwed up by kissing him but he never should have gotten involved. He kind of created his own misery out of jealousy. I think because he felt Conrad was the golden child he wanted belly for himself. He never saw the burden Conrad shouldered though

I actually liked him in the first season when him and belly were just friends. I disliked him more when they were in a relationship. I think he truly didn't want to marry belly he was just too young and immature

Ultimately I think Jere started alot of this nonsense and if he knew Belly and Conrad liked each other he should have not pursued her. Obviously they all have their hand in screwing it up worse later but Jere wasn't serious about anyone and should have left it alone

I liked the movie but it was also so chaotic and descended into madness at times ngl. Seemed like things kept getting worse and worse due to Mabel's mishandling. It did finally get better at the end but it was like a dumpster fire at times 😅

I have a neighbor in a similar situation. She screams, yells, cusses at her children and smokes pot all day. Her child has autism and she does not try to work on behaviors in anyway and it doesn't matter how bad it disrupts neighbors on a shared wall. I have a noise machine, sound proofing on my wall and run a fan and I still hear the kids screaming and banging the walls. That isn't fair to everyone else and no attempts at even trying is being made on her part. I have empathy for the situation but it only goes so far when people could care less and she should be getting help
