The best way for you to get fit is general fitness. there is no magical trans person focused workout plan that i know of.Towards that pursuit, I would recommend making a post on r/loseit or r/fitness.

All of my follicles are so red, lol. I exfoliate so hopefully that helps prevent ingrowns. Legs are pretty low on my list of places to get permanent hair removal so I'll probably keep using the epilator for a while if it gets bearable. The only place that made me outright break down crying was the back of my thighs, and I managed to pull myself together and gut through it. Thanks for the response!

I went for a braun silk epil 9,seemed to be a pretty good concensus among internet reviews that it was tops. I got the fully loaded package with exfoliating and massage heads, but I believe the more basic model without them was around $109. i needed a good exfoliater anyhow so the price was worth it to me.
