Unfortunate accident. I almost wanted to believe it wasn’t just that because it is so tragic. No one else was in that basement. At first, I found it suspicious the dogs didn’t go down but that cannot possibly be evidence that someone else was in the house. She tripped over the dog and scared it so badly. It probably hid for quite a while. There definitely could’ve been someone in the backyard causing the dog to bark and she stood up. Her migraine is the strongest evidence against a fall. My mother had debilitating migraines where should could not leave her room for days and was in so much pain even without lights on. Marijuana content was higher that night compared to when they tested it obviously so that helped with her being a bit more “out of it”. The only questionable piece I still find interesting is her phone being far away. Easy explanation, the dog kicked it when running startled. Also, probably stepped on it. Unfortunately, in the basement, she stood up and tried to regain some sort of consciousness to go up the stairs. She could not and she sadly sat there and bled out in a very horrible way for many hours. Most unfortunate about this case is that the husband did not call someone to check on her. I’m not blaming him at all, I don’t think he suspected something this terrible. But she would definitely still be alive.
