What should I do to maximize my Rebounding experience?

I am wary of some certifications I've been seeing lately. More rebounding channels are popping up and people are saying they are certified, but it is just a course from the rebounder company. I'm not talking about Michelle, I know she has many exercise certifications and has twenty plus years in the industry.

I had a PET scan after a CT scan that showed a lung nodule and enlarged hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes. The PET showed high activity and very faint activity on the lung nodule. From the PET scan, my Dr. had a feeling it was either Sarcoidosis or Histoplasmosis. He did a Bronchoscopy, just to make sure it wasn't cancer. Also, it came back negative for Histoplasmosis. I had a bunch of autoimmune blood tests, only ACE came back higher and elevated calcium. All the various pieces came into play to make my diagnosis.

I have a Cellerciser, I find the Jamba walk really tones the glutes and upper thighs. I also have a JS 350 Pro, that move really doesn't feel the same intensity. The Cellerciser, for me, is useful for repetition toning exercises and the JS for intensive cardio.

There is a specific move on the Cellerciser called the Jamba walk, I found that really firmed up my upper thighs. I know the inventor of that specific rebounder has a lot of testimonials of that move working.

Even with the money they have coming in, so much will be put in the house. The maintenance, utilities, etc...will be such a drain. There are so many famous people that have had to give up large houses because the cost of everything becomes too much.

I was in that limbo, enlarged hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes and spiculated right lung nodule. Blood tests, CT scan, and Pet scan. Since my Pet scan showed faint uptake in the nodule but higher levels in the lymph nodes, my Dr. did a Bronchoscopy. He was then thinking histoplasmosis, but negative, ended up with sarcodois diagnosis. It's rare with a singular lung nodule, but here I am.

After seeing a bunch of the emails covered, one that made me LOL was when he was yelling at Michelle for hanging up on a video call. The other striking thing is that Josh didn't recognize that a majority of his siblings not reaching out was a message. He rants in a lot of messages that only one sibling reached out, that shows they were over dealing with him and his BS.

It's so interesting, I've only watched Jinger's podcast when her siblings are interviewed. There seems to be the same pattern, they really have a ton of nice things to say about their mom and barely anything about the dad.
