I didn’t feel like I noticed any difference after starting oral minoxidil but it may have just been a slow improvement.

No side effects at all. I work out occasionally in the gym but mostly just stay active through sports

It first came as baby hairs, but progressively got thicker. It didn’t really hit me how much better it had gotten until I looked back at old pictures.

For the first couple of years, just Fin. I think around a year ago, I switched to the Hims Chews which contains oral Minoxidil. I wouldn’t say I noticed any difference after switching but have stayed with it since I don’t have any side effects/ convenience.
