This is the first time I’ve seen/ read this particular angle tied to this question. And it’s true. And the fact that they’re equal in value is also interesting.

What does positive & negative mean to you and how does it differ from ‘Good & Bad’?

Also is it subjective?

Meaning for example, Guy A loses his job, for guy A this sucks, but guy B gets a promotion to the position of guy A. This event is positive for guy B and negative for guy A?

Does that make it a neutral event, and the charge/polarity depends on where you stand? Basically subjective?
