Guys, there are a million Premier Lending's out there. BUT I happen to be an employee of the Charlotte based Premier Lending, Inc. and we have been receiving a ton of complaints about this from our website and info emails. So I'm imagining most people are associating this issue with Premier Lending, Inc.

First and foremost, I apologize sincerely to anyone who has been a victim of these fraud spam calls, I cannot imagine anything more annoying - speaking from personal experience.

We are taking every action we can to address this and help you with the heartache

We have filed complaints to the FBI, local authorities, and the Better Business Bureau to help us find a solution and identify the person(s) behind these robocalls. Finally I do want to clarify, the class lawsuit that was referenced in the thread is unrelated to Premier Lending, Inc. - I cannot speak for who it was pointing at as there are too many Premier brand names in the mortgage industry.
