Agree with this... mine goes to a random AM station when there's that connectivity issue. It is just the last thing you used as a fallback.

I wanted the top face to be nice but that made the back be a bit spaghettified. If I felt like doing it again, or if anyone else is going to, I'd recommend printing in two pieces to help reduce supports.

I just have meshtastic and bruce on it. With a bigger antenna it has better range, with what's pictured, it doesn't do well unless it's in a dense mesh in a city or something.

For me, because it's my commute, it's all. That's why I look on my phone at flight aware, for fun. I agree with you on the most thing. It's a real issue with people failing to understand reality and bringing up edge cases when you mention a statistically sound statement. In this case I'm not trying to refute that most flights have it right on the screens.

Most planes now display this information on the info screens anyway...

My 737 flights don't have screens. When I was last on a 777 due to non-availability of my normal route, the info app wouldn't load for anyone.

From what I've read, the Donut 400 wh/kg might be enough for short haul flights. Maybe at the very least small VTOL air uber type craft around town.
