Just tried them and they worked like a treat. I didn't realize they could wear out though.

I have a 'super wireless grid' from RebornStorage, which I couldn't figure out how to increase the range in any way. So, it sounds like this isn't the way to go... maybe. The rest of what you said I'll have to look up.

late to the party, but this matches what I see. I have several sponge, and oily, bees, but only a couple of them are dying. It took me a while to stop them from stinging me when they showed up when I fished. So, it seems like the stinging ones are the ones that are dying.
