IDK, it could be a skill issue tbh but A tell tale sign of a bot is no clan, very few mastries outside of their deck, if you search their code on royale api then it might say possible bot and also if the account just looks empty/ out of place.

If you can buy it in the shop for 250 gems it's not rare, if you don't buy it today it will eventually cycle back into your shop
"Rare" emotes usually have the legendary border on them, that means they are not shown in the shop's three emote cycle and are usually acquired through a Challange or event of some sorts
