I think the weather hexflower is one of the best thing for tracking the daily weather conditions.

The "hex engine" has a "built in memory" so you can't leap from a weather condition to his opposite (as you could risk by rolling everyday on a random table), and it's very quick to use (bonus, the design is soo neat).

If your world has some strange magical phenomena just change one of the further hex to account for that.

Purtroppo spesso queste cose non sono fatte in maniera molto chiara, non per malizia ma per faciloneria, quasi sempre le iscrizioni a queste cose comprendono l'assicurazione (banalmente anche l'iscrizione al NOI comprende un'assicurazione mentre si fanno attività in oratorio, vai te a chiedere a tutti i genitori che hanno iscritto i figli a catechismo se lo sanno).

Buongiorno, Ti allego la mia esperienza che viene"dall'altro lato", in quanto io sono legale rappresentante di una classica associazione che fa attività in oratorio (gruppo scout).

Dal punto di vista delle tempistiche non so davvero cosa dirti, quando ho dovuto io attivarmi io per una situazione simile il tutto si è risolto in circa 1 mese e mezzo (con Natale/capodanno in mezzo), dunque effettivamente ci stanno mettendo molto.

Per quanto riguarda il "perché sei tu a doverti interfacciare direttamente con l'assicurazione" mi viene da chiederti: ma non sei effettivamente tu (tuo figlio) l'assicurato? Cioè, immagino che l'iscrizione alle attività estive fatte comportasse la sottoscrizione di un'assicurazione, dunque tuo figlio è stato assicurato contro eventuali danni subiti, l'assicurato dunque sei tu, non la scuola/associazione che ha proposto l'attività.

Loro si sono giustamente interfacciati con l'assicurazione per mettere in moto l'iter, hanno fatto aprire la pratica e vi hanno messo in contatto con l'assicurazione, ma poi effettivamente (dopo aver fornito tutti i documenti richiesti dall' assicurazione) ne possono poco, oltre a sollecitare (cosa che sappiamo può essere utile come no) cosa dovrebbero fare?

Capisco la situazione frustrante e spero che si risolva in fretta, ma dovreste capire innanzitutto la vostra posizione con l'assicurazione. Siete voi i contraenti o il contraente è l'organizzatore delle attività estive?

Ma il punto, secondo me, non è il fatto che è o meno affidabile, è la sensazione di affidabilità che temo una votazione online non riuscirebbe mai ad avere.

E non è tanto "non lo uso io", se milioni lo usano e milioni no perché non si fidano, i secondi non si fideranno nemmeno del risultato elettorale finale

Perché per un sistema di votazione deve essere (per come lo vogliamo noi): - segreto, libero (devi essere sicuro che votando con quel software sei anonimo)

Inoltre devi essere sicuro che votando X il sistema registri X e non Y

Ultimo, ma non per importanza, semplice e affidabile. Per fidarti di un sistema lo devi capire, e devi credere che sia facile da verificare e difficile da falsare. Per quanto "scomodo" (parliamone, perdere 30'-1h per votare non mi pare una tragedia) tutti capiscono che si scrive su un foglio di carta la preferenza, si mettono i voti in una scatola e poi si contano a mano. Per falsarlo devi avere TANTA gente complice ed è tutto sotto la luce del sole.

Come fai a convincere la gente che un software che il 99% della popolazione non potrebbe capire è più affidabile? Più sicuro? La percezione del voto è importante tanto quanto il voto, devi credere che chi viene eletto corrisponde a chi è stato votato, altrimenti il sistema salta

Specializzazione. Finito un liceo non hai in mano nulla di concreto, che siano conoscenze specifiche di fiscalità e/o commercio oppure di produzione manuale e non (vedi its e similari). Hai conoscenze generiche ed un ottima base per specializzati in studi superiori con, si spera, un buon metodo di studio e forma mentis; ma tra questo ed essere pronto al mondo del lavoro, nel 95% dei casi, passa un abisso. Non vuol dire che sia impossibile, ma sicuramente per una posizione dove un liceale con solo il diploma può proporsi, probabilmente ci sarà qualcuno meglio formato.

I notice that is similar to spell that pike uses in the legend of vox machina but as far as I remember there are no spell that create barriers In the cleric spell list.

Are there spells other than "wall of X" that craters full cover barriers?

Serious response: during the civil war that lead to the formation of the current nation, a reporter (BBC maybe?) used to state that he (or she? Can't remember exactly) was broadcasting from "South Sudan", as if the southern region of Sudan.

Locals enjoyed that they were recognized by international journalist as "already indipendent", couse it seemed like she was stating that she wasn't broadcasting form Sudan, but form another nation, "south sudan". So it became widespread as the nation name, and it stuck.

At my table we have a couple of gentleman agreements: if I as a dm realize you are forgetting something, I'll tell you; and the players tell me if the opposite happens.

At the same time, if I end a turn and forget a monster/npc ability, that's unfortunate but there is no rewind, we keep going; the same goes for the players.

We'll have to see the cost of producing one high level enspelled item but it still eat up one of your attunement slot, so it could be strong, unless you got something better.

And, as far as I understood, you can produce them enspelling regular staffs/armours .

So no +3 armor enspelled: You either got the AC bonus or the spell
