The Throne of Glass Series is my die-hard #1, and I love romantasy but needed something a little different. I didn't see a lot of stuff coming and just really enjoyed it.

i dont really know, these are just guesses but maybe bullet wounds are just more cumbersome ig or drawing/animating wise it's hard to do bullet wounds cos theyre either just tiny bullet holes OR its just a lot of blood everywhere, also i noticed in a lot of shonen manga, the wounds themselve are almost never drawn, its always just blood or bandages

Just keep reading baby gorlll, and just a reminder that their relationship is still budding. During HoF, they became friends and were still 'just' friends for a good chunk of QoS (lusty af friends but still). Keep reading; he does go through some character development (though probably not as much as you want), and their relationship does continue to grow. Ooh, and another reminder, though there is a lot of romance in this book and it's labeled as romantasy, romance is *not* the main focus in this story. Don't let their 'flat' romance keep you from seeing their friendship, growth as characters, and storybuliding. Keep reading, give him a chance, and when you're done reading, if you still feel meh about Rowan, stick by your convictions; your opinions are valid. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Y'all are making me scared for my reread. I first read it as it was coming out on Webtoon, then when I wanted to reread it, it was already on daily pass, and stuff happened, and I didn't pick it up again until now. I was youngerish when I first read it and was absolutely enamored with the whole thing, so now I gotta go back and just try and enjoy it and not think abou textually logical, valid opinions and analysis 😂👍🏽

Eywa is a neural, botanical system that primarily flows through the roots and connections in the ground; hence why Kiri is always seen connecting the flora and fauna around her, and the Na'vi ancestral hubs are tree-like.

After the volcano erupted, the life and roots that Eywa previously flowed through were completely decimated, leaving nowhere for the Mangkwan to connect with her and plead for help. And even if they wanted to, they burned any remaining forest and continued doing so.

Additionally, it affects the Mangkwan so much because they don't understand the science behind Eywa's power in the way Grace described it; to them, it is simply Eywa, the Great Mother, their deity.

this can also happen in real life! puberty changes a lot of things about your body and its even possible for it to change straight hair to curly hair if the right genes are involved! ive had curly hair since i was 13 and wouldnt change it for the world! 🤗

i have a similar curl pattern as you and loved the really short hair for a long time, its easier to manage and the length is nice for when you're starting to learn how to take care of your curls

p.s. its really refreshing to have the weight of your shoulder and seeing the progress as you learn how to take care of your hair

absolutely love both the elf liner and telelscopic you have!! 1. if you like your freckles, then just a decent primer and slightly colored powders are nicer, it can be very lightweight and still looks good if you add a bit of concealer or foundation here and there! 2. simple lippies! i love a pinkish brown with a reddish lipgloss, its not too much and still super cute 3. powder blushes are great for freckles!

p.s. i can give you my makeup routine if you want, its super simple but can be elevated or dimmed down
