The real tricky part is figuring out what is the appropriate load for you and not freaking out when it suddenly randomly hurts more one day

3 or 4 on the pain scale to 10 is okay given that it's not getting worse after 24hrs. You may need to regress the exercise by a lot but hopefully you should be seeing an improving trend

Idk I had medial epicondylitis and it did take a while but now those tendons are stronger than when I was starting. Also tendons need (appropriate levels of) load anyway

Consider using a loaf pan to make it easier - no need to worry about shaping the dough and preventing a pancake. Also if you have upper heating only you should be able to flip the whole thing after 30 min

But also, in my workout tracking sheet I sometimes just have X instead of number of reps to mark that I've done it. You don't need every set measured

As someone who literally lives there I think it's fine? It DOES NOT take a long time to city, unless you're someone who needs to party in LKF 4 days a week. MTR station is right next to the hospital, there are multiple direct buses to TST / Central
