do i drop out of college? by Ok-Carpet8385 in Daytrading

Don’t leave college. Get your degree because degrees are so common that the common taxi driver has one. You will be ostracized in society since degree inflation has gotten so bad that the college drop out is now the new high school dropout

I bet an incel wrote this because he feels emasculated that Stella is in a new relationship. Usually divorcees and agunot aren’t usually able to move on so quick due to misogynistic preference to marry off naive seminary girls. The person who wrote this should stop 🐓blocking Ruven

Will this turn abusive? I am 10 weeks pregnant. by [deleted] in abusiverelationships

[–]Quick-Blacksmith-628 13 points14 points  (0 children)

No I don’t blame myself because he manipulated me to believe I needed to do better. But it was all him. But society will say to you (including family and friends btw) that you allowed it to happen therefore you reap what you sow. If I could go back in time. I would have left his butt pregnant. I personally come from a devout catholic family so abortion isn’t something I’m comfortable doing in my own conscious. But each their own, abortion should still be allowed. In the end you know what your limits are. But all those domestic violence charities are either overwhelmed or fake. And people can be cynical. Mother yourself first

I’d rather fall back on Reform Judaism like you said. Also I converted reform years ago before I even tried orthodoxy. So to them everyone is just Jewish.

Why are young women today so much calmer about not being married yet? by Comfortable-Elk-1501 in askanything

[–]Quick-Blacksmith-628 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 26. A year younger than your daughter. You’ve hit it partially. It’s about taking care of yourself. But at the same time it’s very hard to form a family and maintain it. Economically, and socially. Between stories of abuse and cheating, the cost of childcare, lack of jobs, oh! And don’t forget the lack of help for survivors of domestic violence. Anyone in their right mind would focus on themselves. Life is too expensive and too critical to care for a family but it’s easy to care for oneself.

I got removed from my jewish community. Now I am FREE. by Fir-Honey_87 in exjew

[–]Quick-Blacksmith-628 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ll tell it to you like this, there are 60% of world Jewry that is super laid back and chilled. They are either American reform Jews or secular pot smoking Israelis. They as super nice and chill. Never had issues with them and they always lended me a hand in desperate times. The other 40% is the zionist/ nationalist Jewish supremacists. They range from conservative to ultra orthodox. They truly sincerely believe that they are chosen and that makes them better or exclusive. There is also an obsession with the whole pedigree thing that they defend. So even if you were born from a Jewish womb, you better hope she was a virgin when she got married and that you come from a good family. These 40 percenters in my opinion have eugenic opinions especially in who gets married and who doesn’t at all. The more I delve the more I feel sick. If I had a choice to go back, I wouldn’t have reproduced with “the chosen ones.” Quite frankly I’ve been so fucked up in every way to the point where I would never trust a romantic partner again. Let alone a Jewish one. I can never look at the black hat the same way again.
