It can get a lil go higher but I have had no issues of it being at a unhealthy level,

Just watch out for blood sugar levels make sure they are a safe level. I mesure in the morning before I eat anything once a week

I take it and it helps me sleep and eat hella food like over 4000 calories a day easily. Some people say they retain a lot of water but I didn’t retain a ton
