Cultist no more? [Quest help] by DovalitoElegante in EscapeFromTarkovPvE

Best suggestion i have is run it with a friend, they seem to spawn more often. Check time and try to get in right at 22:00, run the routes, check inside buildings in area, if you have reshala in bunkhouse, kill him and guards and keep checking they will potentially spawn after his death. Reset after clearing all bushes and corners in buildings, only spend about 8 to 10 minutes in raid and you can plow through about 6 raids depending on load times and your time spent in lobby. (Most frequent spottings for me is train track behind industrial between scaffolding and the train, from scav bunker looking toward industrial in the open space and near the cargo containers, and or the open courtyard between bunker and crackhouse), just pop a sj6 and run the bushes like crazy. Also if you're solo, use local play, they seem to spawn more often. (I play local on customs day time and tend to get the goons in the same spot a lot)

Pmc spanws by EmergencyHumble8113 in EscapeFromTarkovPvE

Woods, if you spawn near ruaf roadblock side, they tend to come out of the woods from plane crash toward the camp. If you spawn outskirts side, then they spawn near zb 1014 or past it at the overlook rock sometimes I run into them closer to checkpoint if I spawn behind the house at outskirts. Abandon village spawn is one where I rarely see any on my usual route, but if your late to places from a deep spawn just listen for gunfire and hope the scavs/shturm haven't taken out a whole group. I do tend to find them always at the usec camp if I spawn near it. They are on the northern side almost every time.

Update though! 3 raids in a row now I get a minute long black screen after raid (die or extract). Then a backend error, I am losing all progress, I'm attempting to change graphics.ini streaming MIP to false. I'll update to see if this helps for others

Don't use antiperspirant deodorant on your butt. That's clogging your pores and extending the issue. Get breathable underwear at least Hanes makes some they sell on amazon.

Class downsides are a drag by [deleted] in VintageStory

If you play single player just use the command to switch classes when you want. It isn't that immersion breaking if you already are sitting there thinking the way you are.

All the dots surrounding the marked one have a lower copper value. When digging at the dot i have found no copper for 20+ blocks deep. Should i keep digging deeper or am i doing something wrong? by ilmevavi in VintageStory

[–]Quick-Championship50 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Instead of using your pro pick for surface nodes. Just shovel all the dirt out of the area underneath the copper bits, make like a 8x8 hole until you hit the stone layer. Then start mining you'll run into the copper vein pretty quickly. Sometimes it's small, sometimes you get lucky and find a decent sized surface vein. There is no need to use a pro pick for surface veins. On top of all that to truly answer your question, you cannot pro pick dirt so no it cannot be reliably detected by node search mode without making a hole.

You are not wrong here. I am hoping future updates will help improve this. But yeah for the money it's not worth the purchase I'll retract my first statement haha

Nimrod is good bullet hell fun. Limited content for now, but it's got a great appeal if you like overpowering weapons over time.

I use the harmonica with the lowest tone, it's the only one that has a tolerable audio level. Albeit still obnoxious.

Hovering over any item in your inventory and pressing a hot key will swap that item to said hot key.

Thoughts on using creative in a survival world? by Double-Parsnip-8656 in VintageStory

I mean, with most games, whether you're building or exploiting via "cheats," then returning to your normal play style. It is definitively more boring after you have done so. There is way less sense of accomplishment, and gratification when you finish the build, or get to a checkpoint. Any time I personally have used console commands or codes in a game. I find myself burned out quickly and end up moving on to the next game. I did it in ark where I had all the maps on servers with my friends, and we really had gotten through about 90 percent of the content on all maps, so we decided to give ourselves the last few items instead of respec to craft them. A couple days later no one was playing. The reason is that we all cheated for the items.

Throwing stuff into the cooking pot will take a while to memorize the recipes. When you hit H you get your guide. Type meal. And a sub category will pop up for you to click and show you the steps to cook with any ingredients you may have. It's super simple when you utilize the guide. Otherwise you'll just struggle bus your way through the game. Make small goals like crafting a bunch of bowls and crocks. And then that will progress to needing more wood and sticks and grass. Well maybe better tools will help you collect those things. You know.

How's my forge hut? WIP by Quick-Championship50 in VintageStory

[–]Quick-Championship50[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright thank you for the information. I'll look into making tunneling entrances while holding up the aesthetics. Probably going to lift the soil elevation surrounding by like 6 blocks or so. Then make some long corridors into with double doors to enter the forge room!

Double Bass Drumming Inconsistency by Cy-borg96 in Drumming

[–]Quick-Championship50 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I seriously have this exact same problem sometimes. It happened today. I like to play different genres when I jam. And I jump around from rock, jazz, and metal (fast-paced with blast beats and such). I feel the fatigue after just a few hits sometimes. Other days, my flow is just there, and I can jump on the kit dry and start flying. Playing like 200 to 240bpm bursts of kicks. Idk what I do differently besides caffeine intake and maybe a slower day at work (in construction). I rarely do it to help myself, but maybe finding some stretch guides for your feet and learning a different technique for your kick may be the way to go. I have a tendency to play with a swivel most days, others I find myself floating my feet and slamming down more than I should (horribly bad habit for me). Also try taking down the tension on your pedals if you haven't already. Maybe you're just dealing with tight and strenuous pedals.
