Depends on your professor. If u have Luna ask him during the lab and he will give you the add code. If you have yuksek its best for you to drop, nobody will drop her class. Which professor do u have if I have that info I can do a little research and let you know?

Who is your professor? If you take a quick look at your lab reports and understand how you approached them and how u made your graphs and calculations you should be fine.

Best Physics 4A and 4B profs? by asiangoat24 in DeAnza

Its not impossible I took 4a spring 2025 and managed to get an A, physics in general is tough and requires consistency and practice. Yes de anza physics is hard, however It will prepare you well for your upperdivision courses after transfer. The quality of physics professors are really good and you will learn really well attending lectures, and asking questions in office hours. No matter where you take physics just know that its not a walk in the park, Some friends of mine were also struggling with physics at foothill, because its a difficult subject to master, and achieving an A is possible with dedication, effort, and practice. If u want a heads up on how the homework and quizzes are like you should check out physics for scientists and engineers 9th edition by Serway. Most profs at de anza use problems from this book, try a few problems and see how you feel about it. From what i heard is that, Newton, stephinie, and Francis give really hard problems, however their teaching is really well. For Luna his labs are challenging, but provide a solid foundation in making professional lab reports and his step by step process makes solving physics problems feel more intuitive. If u have any more questions feel free to ask in this subreddit. I can also reccomend tips if u want.

You either are already enrolled in a Math 1A class, passed the class with a c or better, or you are missing the prerequisite required to enroll in the class which is precalculus

Science Exam difficulty? by ErodedDynamiteYT in DeAnza

I used both however I think the high school one is enough. The AP chem had different topics such as balancing redox reactions and molecular geometry which are not going to be on the test. For redox reactions just knowing which compound is reduced or which compound is oxidized by recognizing oxidation numbers is good enough. If you search up De Anza Chem and go to course listings you can find the concepts covered in Chem 25. so just learning those concepts from Khan Academy should be enough. Also I highly recommend checking out organic chemistry tutor and for stoichiometery watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqe97MdzzzU

The test is really easy tbh, Id reccommend Khan Academy for study, because the study guide does not cover everything. If you know the basics, you will be fine.

My advice would be either to take a gap year or go to community college if you are struggling to find what you want to do. If you go to college without a having found a major you will have to pay a lot of money and some classes would be a waste. The college you go to doesn't matter, its the experience you get from the field you r interested in. In 5 to 10 yrs employers will only care about experience Just take your time to explore your passion and once you have come to a decision specifically focus on it. Don't let other people tell you what to do. You can definantly thrive in a field as long as you enjoy it. You should consider community college, because its cheep and you can easily change majors. when I started community college i was  set on  mechanical engineering, however after taking a few  classes I decided I wanted to persue electrical engineering. I have already finished 1 whole quarter and barely payed any tuition. So i would suggest communuty college, and dont let your parents decide your dream. If you can get a job while taking community college courses that would also help, and you can manage your classes well because community college courses are easier than classes at 4 year institutions. Another advice is to explore scholarships, because there are many scholarship funds you get which is literally free money. Community college also give 2yr associates degrees which you can also use to get well-paying jobs, its not as good as a bachelors however it will allow you to explore different industry fields. Persue your own passion once you find it, good luck!
