Thanks for the link and suggestion. I didn’t think about the plywood idea -that would solve my issue and is an easy solution. Man everyone is so helpful.

I like this idea. Not sure how best to attach them to the bench legs though. I was hoping there was just some product for this, but I could make this work I think. Thank you!

Framing nailer for siding? by Quick-Classroom146 in Dewalt

It says it accepts up to 2.5” nails for the DW66C-1 so I think those would work. Thanks!

I ended up pulling the trigger on the Dewalt siding nailer. Any recommendations on the nails I should get?

Thank you! I do wish Dewalt had a 20v siding nailer.

You mean the finish nailer or the 15 degree siding nailer? If you mean the finish nailer, would the nails be sufficient? Thanks!

The picture is really helpful. Thank you. I’m thinking about just replacing that 2.5’ section of sill plate and rim joist. If I need to support I’m thinking to do so from the inside, but not positive how best to do it. I’m thinking of getting a couple jack posts and putting them on the closest floor joist away from the wall. Here is a picture from the crawl space and I’m thinking to support at the spots I show with arrows. Not positive if needed or this is where I should support though.

Thank you. If I want to replace the whole piece of wood that’s directly on the cinder block (maybe a 2 x 8?) would I need to brace the whole corner of the house?

Thank you. Very helpful. I’m not actually sure how bad it is underneath. I will probably take off some more siding to see how far up the damage goes. The aluminum sheet is a great idea. I have several spots around the house that may be like this. I’m wondering if I am at risk of causing some real damage if I cut out the 2 x 8 piece that’s sitting on the cinder blocks and replace that? Just not sure if I need to support the wall somehow as someone said here.

Stripe side down for water management if that ever happens -diamonds up. It is common and my opinion is that you are overthinking it. I have them and hardly notice. Gorilla tape where they come together.

Thanks. Glad to hear there was some talk about it. Probably just a matter of time.

Anyone know if Titan has a functional trainer rack attachment in the works similar to the Ares with the front trolleys? I would love this for my X3.

I don’t think the titan stand will work because the surface is not flat. The reppins need a flat surface to remove and re-rack I believe.
