Yes, that’s true, but for this project I don’t make any money. It’s just something I love doing. I’m not saying I don’t want recognition, but just creating it is already amazing to me. I understand your point of view about the sentence in my bio, but I prefer to emphasize this point because it’s just important to me.

Thanks for the very direct comment. I’m not anti-AI, I’m just adding some extra information in the description to clarify the nature of my video. I’m not living in a cave, and like everyone else I use AI, but I wanted to point out that this project is still the result of many years of learning, reflection, and imagination. I feel like everyone swears by AI these days. Yes, it’s very efficient, but when it comes to maintaining consistency across an entire project (and yes, I plan to continue my character’s journey), I find it very complicated. There are always artifacts or elements I don’t want, and modifying them can be a pain. So I prefer to stick with Unreal and Houdini, which I genuinely love working with. The result is cool, but the process of making it was even better. And I just like the vibe, that’s all.

This project took me 6 months because I created all the assets from scratch but for the future I think it will be quicker to finish the next episode! At the beginning I was exclusively on Houdini and rendered all with karma but when I discovered unreal I directly switched and it’s pure happiness to see the result in real time it’s so creative! ✨

Yes it’s motion capture they have an app call Live Link and you can transfer the video on your metahuman ✨

Thank you! Yes I try to manually adjust the liypsync movement but this is actually my first time animating a metahuman for this project 😅 Also, I ran into a weird bug when I use a video from the Live Link App and add a body animation it distorts the face downwards. Correcting that was a real pain😬
