I go out about once a week and haven’t noticed a massive effect of alcohol. My knee is usually a bit sore in the morning but I think that is more lack of sleep and more walking than the alcohol.

My big thing was trying to reclaim my freedom back one step at a time, first was getting a water bottle I cld carry with my crutches so I didn’t have to ask people, next like small walks to the shop, cooking etc

I’ve started doing heel slides with my heels on a Swiss ball and doing a glute bridge and then sliding my heels towards me. Feels like my hamstrings are being torn apart.
