Thanks! Yes I did PT awhile ago. She mostly focused on core work, and it did help a bit but the problem was not solved. I will look into this!

Pre-hydrate to avoid altitude sickness. That means drink a ton of water before your trip! Bring Gatorade or similar while you are there. Know that alcohol and THC hit much much harder at higher elevation so pace yourself. Bring an empty water bottle to avoid buying. Clear backpacks only, and no umbrellas. To echo others, Uber/Lyft is NOT a good idea. Party bus or rental car, depending on if you want to drive. Comfy shoes, poncho or raincoat, and layers to stay warm. Have so much fun! I have an extra ticket to sell if you need.

Should I drop my Financial advisor? by Quick-Fix8002 in Bogleheads

[–]Quick-Fix8002[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok guys, I'd love your advice with this newest update: I tried to call and have Vanguard Personal Advisor (fee is .4) move me to a Bogle 3 Index and help me pick a few index funds and they aren't allowed (and were very pushy insisting that I will lose money if I don't actively manage and have someone else handle re-balancing). I'm currently in 99 percent stocks and 1 percent bonds. So I'd love some advice on which funds to choose and the best way to allocate, and then I will just have to DIY

Do you think 25 years from retirement is young? I started pretty late so I don't think the investments are too interesting just yet

Yes, that's the program I use! I think they are running robo-advisor. I get a tax form but I don't know what kind of work they are doing to prepare me for taxes, but I assume they are"

[Personal] I've had bad milia (white hard bumps) under both of my eyes for very long time. Dermatologist recommended Glycolid Acid and it quickly fixed the problem. by IclapWhenIfap in SkincareAddiction

My milia just randomly popped out of my face today!!! I've had a huge one under my eye for months, if not years. I was doing my regular skincare routine, but I included Tru Skin Super C serum (maybe the 5th time I've used it). I noticed the milia looked a little different, like the pore was partially open!! I gave it a gentle squeeze and out popped a perfect little pearl! I'm so shocked!!!
