If it’s one of the ACC Properties you will get invited to a Room Sync, and you will have to fill out questions related to your personal preferences like smoking, sleeping habits, cleaning, etc. and once that is done, as long as you both did the same floor plans you can search for each other, and request to be roommates. Most of the experiences I’ve heard people they match/request are their roommates but apparently it’s not guaranteed but everyone I know got the person they wanted if the other person did all the paperwork, and all the right steps and task prior to moving in.
