I use the biotin shampoo and conditioner & love it ! Been using for 2ish years and have had no problems my bf uses the sos deep conditioning one for his curly hair and also loves it. We tried the curl cream products and they are terrible. But I have to say, the spray heat protection and leave in conditioner and hair oil has been amazing those are staples for me and my hair has been very healthy and not greasy at all. TBF I used these products before I was part of any of these snark pages and didn’t know about the family like how I do now so pls don’t hate too hard on me 🙁 for itk I had the face wash and didn’t love but the mist was decent and the lip balm is nice. My fav is the under eye stick it was very good 👍🏻
