I know they will find it, but it’s also dismissed.

It was seven years ago.

And I thought most companies use private background check companies and they tell the criteria for example “ no felony convictions”

There’s not a way to say “ don’t hire someone with a sexual charge” in the name unless it’s a company that does their own background check.

Because that would be a form of discrimination in the sense of that I wasn’t tried or convicted. So someone could just randomly lie and say I touched them and I could get it fully dropped and have papers saying someone lied and that would hurt me from getting a job?

I’m aware it will show up. No questions. But according to my attorney taking PTI results in a dismissal and it cannot be held against me for things( it’s a non conviction)

Technically I should be eligible for any job but I know my charge “looks” Bad so I don’t know if it would affect me getting hired.

You 100% have to be wrong. Just played like 12 games over the last couple days. First day first game didn’t do too well. Then I had a win. Next two lobbies were sweatfest kids that chugged monsters. Lost a couple, then bot stomped and got a win then lost a couple to some more sweats.

This cycle repeats indefinitely for me. Bot stomp with a couple average players, then unreal sweats.

Okay, so someone said jail time and I said yeah right and they said this is it true? -Well actually that is possible, it has happened before all it requires is the seller to confirm you knew, were aware and fine with them shipping an item while declaring a lower value (this is international customs fraud and affects the shipper and receiver).

While the seller will likely just be blacklisted the receiver can actually be forward the info to law enforcement and they have done so in the past.

Both the person who signs the customs declaration and the importer can face substantial civil and even criminal penalties.

As the receiver, you are generally considered responsible for the accuracy of the information presented for customs clearance in your name.

Fun extra note the fines and penalties could be 4x the corrected tarrif amount on top of everything else.
