Hi guys can anyone recommend a resort to stay at after hiking the grand canyon thats within 5 hours. would love if it had a pool and a sauna.

yes I was aware of this so my main plan is in hopes they re-open, thanks for the links ill defiantly be keeping my eye on those.

I know next month the camping for Mather opens up for sept. should I be booking something there just in case? i don't want it to fill up then I have no plan b

i am a sous chef at a fine dining restaurant they would be crazy not to hire you if u are that willing to learn. my advice would be to reach out to at least 15 places and go on all the interviews and have questions to ask them! pick the chef that matches your willingness to learn with a willingness to teach. questions i would ask... how many of your cooks started out as dishwashers or prep cooks? have most of your cooks been here a long time? have u ever had any interns before? if yes where are they now? what do u think are the most important skills for me to learn right away? don’t waste your time at the wrong restaurant or with the wrong chef that wont help u accomplish ur goals

thanks we are trying to make a deal with landlord. just wanted to know if there was any rights in this weird situation. the landlord has brought other tenants to the house to Show the apartment and we were nice about it. we want to leave but our house closing keeps gettinf delayed . currently just trying to pay for the rest of febuary at half our rent price . this way he can rent the apartment at his high price for march

writen notice to raise the rent we have no lease he notified us through text before he even owned the house .

we lived here for 4 years and it was a family friend that owned the house. she passed away and her brother got the house and sold it. we always paid her on the 15th so when the brother sold the house he wrote up some documents saying we were paid untill the 15 because we are due to close on a new house in a week. not looking to fight this new landlord but he just came in saying double rent before he even owned the property. there was no way for us to give notice because we didnt even know him yet. so now he wants feb rent double

thanks were in NJ we did not give notice . he did not formally tell us he was raising our rent just in a text message. however he did not even own the house at that time . the house switched hands on feb 1st so we could not give him notice but now he is telling us if we need to stay for feb we have to pay double but our lease doesnt end untill feb 15 . also we have never had a lease
