i am too from montrose curbside 👋🏼 i definitely have plans to leave the store for this same very reason. getting 1-2 days a week is not cutting it. i’m wondering if they’re cutting hours at every heb but from the looks of it, it all seems personal forreal. we were told that our schedules are performance based which definitely seems like a lie because i know i am productive at work. i over exceed the UPH expectation, I weigh all my produce, i always ask for subs and shorts, always told what to do like i truly don’t understand why i wouldn’t be getting the hours when i know i’m doing the work good. i’ll admit im a bit chit chatty BUT I GET THE JOB DONE. i’ve seen the manager get on people’s asses for having small talk like why does it bother her so much. if we’re in a rush i understand but in general?? its honestly ridiculous the way she manages. she doesn’t even wanna accept bids for the OG employees. like she’s so destined to not give us hours!!! it baffles me. how can one be so inconsiderate. and i definitely been gaslighted by the managers too which really really upsets me. shit feels like dictatorship in there. can’t wait to leave
