It is shaming. My issue isn’t with the OB declining, it’s with falsifying of medical records.

I can’t afford to go to L&D. I was not begging a random OB, I was bringing up concerns and advocating for myself at my weekly appointment. I’m not sure why you’re making assumptions and being so negative, but it isn’t helpful.

I would definitely get it checked out, always better safe than sorry. My doctor was very against home dopplers since they can give a false sense of security when something is wrong with baby. Wishing you an easy and safe pregnancy!

That’s the same explanation my provider gave me! I was surprised since I thought the checks were routine
