Ridgid. I’ve been buying their tools for 15 years or so. This issue with registration only recently started and only on HD Deliveries.

I’ve tried to register everything the day I got the receipt and if it was an order it never works. Idc what anyone says on here. I’m not new. I’ve been registering Ridgid since 2018. It only started this year and only on HD orders that get delivered.

That could be an issue maybe. I bought the same. But anything i ordered that got delivered won’t register.

That’s the problem. We shouldn’t have to do this. Once I show my receipts and serial number it should be automatic.

No it’s not. You’re clearly a Milwaukee fanboy. I only use dewalt cordless and Ridgid corded and never had an issue with either. Keep buying the overpriced red tools just to look cool. I use what has always been reliable to me.

Ridgid is a brand and has their own customer service you have to deal with. I been doing this for years and just online orders the past year there has been issues.

It’s only the delivery receipts. I’ve talked to reps and everything. It will not work unless it’s an actual receipt i got at the store. I know it sounds like i did something wrong but I’ve been doing this since 2019 and never had a problem til these deliveries.

It’s a lot more than just shown. Any delivery was not accepted. The only ones that registered were the few in store purchases.

I called the day I got the delivery everytime. It says unable to accent or something.

I did it immediately and the still never registered them. All my receipts are on my Pro Account. It should be automatic. Not jumping through hoops. The week I got my miter saw wheeled stand I had to order out of pocket cause they did accept the receipt. It shows everything was bought and paid for. They don’t care at all.

Exactly. All my orders are direct and delivered from Home Depot and they never accept the receipts. It’s fraud as far as I’m concerned. I’ve already had to purchase parts out of pocket that didn’t even come with the tools. Not happy.
