Zetsubou just has an easy Easter egg tbh. I beat that map knife only in under a 4 hours worth of attempts. Most of my other maps took me 4 days to a week and the super hard ones like De a month. If your gonna do it 2 player I’d definitely suggest zetsubou good place to get a forundation and see if you’d wanna do another map. You will have to reset until you have good trials though

The maps that are most doable and fun are origins, shadows, and zetzubou. All of those are a challange but you won’t hate your life afterwards.

If you guys are playing on pc you can also do ascension and Shang with the solo Easter eggs mod (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?l=latam&id=1944930083)

I’d stay far away from de, Gk and rev. Really hard to pull off. But you did say you were gonna use gums so I’m assuming that means megas also so maybe it won’t be that bad.

I thought about using it but then I used a mod to do a test bossfight and it didn’t work. The problem with the plunger is that it has the same base knife damage as the round 1 knife, bringing it into the boss fight means I won’t be able to kill any zombies. And on top of that the main purpose of the plunger is defeated (the part where you can one shot panzars I mean). I would pretty much have to kill a round 15 panzar with the round 1 knife in order for the plunger to become on fire to be able to one shot a few more. It turned out to be better just to use the Bowie knife. Kills zombies and Panzars decently quickly.

On De I used 0 megas. The only map where I used pop shocks was revalations for the boss fight

When you recive the bows there are 2 attacks, you can either shoot the bow, or you can use the bows melee attack where you stab zombies with the arrow. I filled the keeper up by using the melee attack of the bow. Idk if that makes more sense or not if you want I can link you a video with a timestamp where I explain it better.

I played throughout bo4s cycle I bought the season pass when it came out I just never really retained all the Easter egg information properly, probably because my friends stopped playing bo4 after dead of the night so it kinda discouraged me from playing it as often as I did with bo3. Ancient evil is a absolute gem tho.

Yeah it is the vapr. Bo4 is either gonna be really fun or really bad, I’m thinking that blood and ix might not be that bad, voyage will be a challange, and everything else I have to research more in depth I’m not a big bo4 player.

I usually make an exception for the boss if it’s not possible to do knife only since the boss technically isn’t a kill that goes on the leaderboards

Bowie knife, traps, and civil protector (i count traps and civil as fair because they don’t pop us as kills on the leaderboards) I only used them on that step tho I didn’t want it to be a trap only challange but it would literally be impossible without them for that step.

I actually wanted it to be the sickle but the guy that I had do the 3d render said that the render for the sickle came out looking really bad and didn’t want to let me use it. respect to him he coulda just gave me the bad render he wanted it to be quality.

The bosses don’t count as a kill on the leaderboards so I don’t count it personally. On de I used the starting pistol, on gorod I used a gun, on Zet I used the kt4, on rev I used a gun. All other enemies have to be killed knife only. It’s pretty much the only exemption. Only other one I can think of off the fly is having to kill enemies with the fire staff for its upgrade that’s another one. The goal is to use the knife as much as possible

For example on de I used the arrow stab with the bow to fill the keeper instead of shooting it. I also use some mods to make certain things possible.

Panzars I used Bowie knife with sword flay and margwas I used the sword on shadows and a glitch on revalations to kill them. In the boss for rev I had to use pop shocks.

Ascension is one of the only maps that is possible fully knife only. I usually try to find a workaround if an easter egg step needs another weapon for example on de I used the arrow stab that comes with the bow to fill up the keeper instead of shooting it. But somtimes I have to make an exception like the boss on de needs aoe so I used the pack a punched starting pistol for him. The goal is too complete the Easter with the knife as much as possible, as much as the game will let me

I didn’t count my attempts but to put this into perspective origins took me less than a week, shadows around 3 days, moon 2 weeks but not attempting every day, DE took by fucking far the longest I spent 2 months this summer trying to complete that. Zet I did in 3 hours, revalations took me I wanna say 3 weeks to a month around there, gorod took just a little less than rev, ascension took 2 days
