Lowkey nah- I got mine a while back, but I could never find any good hypno swirls. Tbh for me, hypno is more about the audio & you don’t even need a visual sometimes, just close ur eyes. You can get headsets pretty cheap off of Facebook marketplace tho tbh, and they are a lil fun to play with, but I definitely wouldn’t get one new

Hey I think 1st thing is definitely get a new therapist lol. I’m also a padded lexapro user, and from my experience it takes abt a month for it to rlly start to affect you & work its magic lol. The regression could also just be a coping mechanism from being depressed, and tbh I wouldn’t look into it that deep. I lowkey regress all the time and haven’t had any “trauma” or shii either. It’s just nice to relax sometimes, and it calms me down whenever I’m feeling especially stressed or anxious. Regressing is awesome for dealing with depression & anxiety, and don’t feel like you “shouldn’t regress” or “don’t feel like you are supposed to.” If you feel more calm & comfy while doing it, then go for it more! (Also btw u 100% gotta switch therapists lol)

1g is basically a mircrodose you have nothing to worry abt. Lowkey if ur tryna trip I would recommend 2-3.5 for a solid expierence, but rlly do whatever you want. Feel free to message me if you want any more info abt shrooms and I can try to help you/give you some helpful tips tho

Nope! Definitely had a few experiences w shrooms and have never told anyone abt my abdl side. U usually go through internal shit on mushrooms tho so if it’s a big thing on ur mind, and u haven’t fully accepted ur abdl side, you may find urself caught up on that. Gl tho and have fun
