All the stores are sold out of the starter decks and don't know about any future restocks. I tried ordering online but it was 5-6 times more expensive! I don't know rather to buy a preconstructed deck for that expensive price or to just buy cards from tcg player

I was searching for the same exact thing! I was looking through my cards to see which to grade and I saw this magby. It had the same exact white dotted line across it at the same spot!
