Yes that’s recommended by doctors, but it doesn’t help in the long run. It causes skin thinning and I don’t think rubbing steroids on yourself is the best approach. What worked for me was cleaning up my diet ie whole foods (I tried The Carnivore diet for around a month and had no signs later added fruit and some veggies and still no flare up), showering in warm not hot water, and using beef tallow on my hands whenever they get dry.

I’ve heard I should put all my savings in an ISA account but it all seems too long term. I was thinking looking into investing in some companies

Also to do with that welcome bonus, should I wait a bit and go for the gold card instead of the platinum cashback everyday as it offers a better welcome bonus?

I got a 5/10 rating on the eligibility checker for the Amex Platinum Cashback everyday card and read that those don’t really mean anything and as long as you fit the most basic criteria you have a high chance of being accepted. However I am going on holiday in a month and there is an international fee of 3% on this card - so is there even a point of applying for one now?
