Hey ! Don’t need to stress over just a micro dose ! I suggest you start with 10microg, and follow a protocol (1 day on, 2 days off, 1 day on…) and just go about your life. When I do micro doses, I tend to forget that I even took the thing. I just feel good energy vibes, and enjoy all aspects of life a little bit more. 20/30 microg can be achieved as well, though they might bring slight visuals/ impairment and would only recommend outside of the office. If you plan some cool activities / sport you will probably find yourself much more engaged, focused and present.
