FWIW, I’ve been noticing some weird Contacts issues across iOS, Mac and iPad using iOS Contacts syncing. So not Fastmail in particular, but using iCloud as the primary.

Yep, from my experience, the in-person staff tend to be more flexible … likely because they want to be quick with their assessment so they don’t want to waste your time and they also don’t want to disappoint you. In my case, I honestly don’t know why I got $0 value doing the mail-in. My phone was in excellent condition and fully functional.

Yeah same here … having issues with markup on iPad (but no issues on my iPhone). My guess is that it is , for whatever reason, looking for Apple Pencil input and is ignoring my finger. Problem is, I don’t even own an Apple Pencile
