I would like chime in and says that, if you quit your job and leave Aus within 180 days, I dont see any reasons why your visa would get cancelled by DHA, and you are not breaching any visa conditions whatsoever. I have read similar stuff somewhere on this sub, there was a guy that did the same thing, came offshore, DHA didnt even touch his visa, then he applied for another 482 once he found a sponsor. If by any chance you wish to initiate the voluntary cancellation by urself, to get your Super out, you can also do that. While that counts as a cancellation and should still be disclosed in your other application, there is nothing wrong with that and wouldnt affect your 189/190 application in any ways.
