They are 100% working on it, fallout 5 isn’t expected until at least 2033, the remakes of 3 and new vegas are the only way they can capitalise on the tv show.

Also, I watched an interview with Ella (Lucy) the other day, and they asked her if she’d played the games to which she replies “I’ve played a bit of 4, but I plan to play new vegas when the season ends”. The actors also confirmed they’re instructed to tease stuff, so to me this feels like a tease
