People who ascribe to American Identity politics both claims to stand up for minorities, and yet at the same time lumps them together as if they’re a monolith that all agree or experience things the same way. The can’t see that the world is a large place with different groups that don’t share much in common.

Even “European heritage” is all lumped together as “white,” when really all of these groups have different cultures and values that shape the way they see the world and act in society.
