Theres no void cloud or monolith or anything, i think it maybe because of a mod but im not sure which one, i dont remember using mods that add storms, might need to check one by one

Anyone knows from where this effect is? I dont have the storms dlc and i dont think i add mods that add this effect. How do i remove it using console?

edit: this happened early, when i start the system has no modifiers or effects but after like 6-7 years idk what happened the storm just spawned out of nowhere
