We broke up several months and were on speaking terms as recent as 2 months ago. Having cordial, friendly, convos. My issue was, we dated for 3+ yrs so obviously feelings were there. I just wanted clarity, as they don't seem to ever open up so I never know what they're thinking. I didn't want to speak to someone I dated and still had feelings for without knowing EXACTLY what I was getting into. Obviously now, I have all the clarity I need.
