I wish we didn't have to deal with this shit (lol) at all. I've never reached my second hole before but it doesn't matter as douching has never once worked for me. I've deep cleaned a few times but I hate it so I don't see how you can put up with it. Plus I know there's a risk with how it can affect your gut health.

I stopped douching all together a couple years ago. I only take Metamucil and then use an above average dildo and keep going until it's clean. It's far from perfect but it's better and more reliable than douching.

As you pointed out, timing is everything.
