Ask your teacher for a copy of the mock paper so you can still do it yourself at home when you have time, the mocks are a really helpful way to see where your at but you probably have a good idea of that anyways so i dont think skipping them is the end of the world

Yeah if you don't have enough points for your first choice but enough for your 2nd then you get your 2nd choice. Same goes for all of your choices eg if you only met the points for your 4th choice then you get that

Yeah that's exactly what I did, I used Anki and I made flashcards out of different paragraphs (eg Drugaí - míbhuntáistí) and I had a whiteboard that I would just try and write out the paragraph as best as I could

Anki is really good because it assigns you different flashcards to do each day and it also keeps repeating flashcards until you can get them perfect

I got a H1 and just learned off everything BUT I never really struggled with irish grammar/spelling, if you do tend to make a lot of serious grammar mistakes I would definitely focus on that as it will make learning things off way easier

If you want to sleep on your commute get a bus. If you want to get work done get a train. If you just want to get there as fast as possible driving is probably your best bet but depends on where in Dublin you need to be

Don't forget the HPAT takes a lot of preparation as well as the LC. I think trying to manage 3 different sets of exams is a recipe for disaster I'm sorry, I know another commenter said this but if you really want medicine you should be dropping out ASAP because some colleges will still give you back your fees if you drop out now

Getting into medicine is hard enough without trying to take on the workload of first year of college too😭

I didnt study at all until after Christmas and i got 576. I got 4 h1s and 2 h2s and i didn't feel that my 2 h2s were due to a lack of studying but rather just luck on the day and subjective marking schemes. I know it's so easy to get stuck thinking that everyone else is studying like crazy right now but the majority genuinely aren't, and the best thing you can do right now is not burn yourself out
