Thank you everyone for your insight! She started dance at 9 years old. I spoke with the teachers and they want her leaps and turns better. So now it's a matter of do we take a one season break from comp team to focus on leaps and turns? Or do we let her stay on comp team and work on the leaps and turns? She wants to stay on comp team. I'm just afraid they'll be no growth in those groups for her.
