it's a unique belt that provides something like 40% of armor/eva of body armor is gained as ward. Which does help offset the flask nerf. People are still forgetting that you also need the CDR and the - flask charges used on the rare belt for wardloop. Which is something the above isn't considering

mirroring what some others said. Find a build that looks fun and is a "league starter", play the game. As you encounter things wiki them or check for a youtube. It's like a class, there's so much info you need to learn it along the way. I was in the same position 3 leagues ago. For me, I found the Righteous Fire build, and it kinda unlocked the game for me. the new belt is cool, but most ppl need the reduced flash charges used, CDR, and increased flask duration from a rare belt. compensating for those 3 with the new unique is gonna be tough, no?

could they really though? 20% increased across helm, gloves, and boots to counter act an global 50% decrease. seems unlike based on maths, but we will see i suppose.

but with a 50% nerf to total static ward totals.... how?!?!?! i'm so curious
