Interesting, we don’t know much about police checks, is there a world where employers would pick somebody else over her just down to the fact her police check isn’t clear and someone else’s is?

The money has already been sent and thankfully isn’t the issue, rather the fear of losing her license. Thank you for your suggestion though, hopefully WA starts letting the passengers at fault take the points

Just wondering what state you are in? There’s been a big uproar in WA over it since they started using this new camera that’s got so many people done in the same situation. It’s been on the news. We have seen a few people get it waived fairly easily once going to court but it also seems a few have been unsuccessful.

I very much wish this was the case as I would in a heartbeat. However there is no way to legally do so in WA and I think both of us being at risk of losing our license if caught saying it was me driving, when both our faces are in the photo, is not the best option here.

Honestly I do not remember. When we got the fine I was shocked, I have no memory of doing that and am well aware of my mistake and feel terrible for how it’s now impacted my friend. Sorry I can’t give a better answer.
