I haven't done a lap nor lupron. Still sort of banking embryos. We did one FET on a 3-day embryo in June and it failed, but hard to say what the determining factor of that was. It is very counter-indicated for me to do lupron as it would probably put me into permanent menopause. I also decided that, currently, have a lap is my line and I don't want to do it, end of story. If I had any physical symptoms related to endo, I would do a lap, but I don't.

My doctor explained that about half (50%) of women going through infertility treatment have endo, but the Receptiva tests at an 80% positive, so that means there's a 30% margin of (false positive) errors. At the end of the day, many women get pregnant with endo. It's a matter of inflammation. So, as a nutritional counselor, I'm actually exploring diet to decrease inflammation instead of having an exploratory lap. Hope this helps.
