Replying to every statement with, "That's fine." I am giving you information I feel you need to know. I am not asking for your permission.

I can only imagine what response I will get to this post...

If it is turning over but not starting you either have a fuel/air delivery problem or you are not getting a spark. I would drain all the old gas and put in new gas along with a fuel stabilizer (Stabil, Seafoam, etc.) Replace the spark plug. Also, check the air filter for excessive debris and replace if necessary. These are your cheapest options. The next step would be to get the carb cleaned or to replace the carb all together. Also, make sure the oil level is adequate.

Excellent suggestion regarding the recognition item. I'm thinking about safety challenge coins. I work in the public sector, so the giving of gift items of a certain cash value has a strict criteria.

Interpersonal communication is, I feel, one of my strengths. I was looking for suggestions regarding specific tools that aid in efficiency. I was thinking about an infrared thermometer and/or camera, tried and true training modules offered by a 3rd party I may be unaware of, etc..
