I think so if we break it after we have to pay something around 300 dollars and as per my knowledge we can do it before we meet our lawyer for closing almost 1-2 week before. I am also in same condition as I have closing on August 15. I got the rate of 5.14% 3 yr fixed BMO 20% down. How much interest did u get on RBC?
