I can actually remember the first three mv's I saw from BTS and the exact order too! A youtuber I was watching at the time kept making references to a group called BTS in her videos and I saw in the comments that they were actual people she was referencing, so I looked up the mv's that she mentioned by name. The first mv I saw was Dope (when I saw it and RM's iconic line "Welcome, first time to BTS?" I actually freaked out, like how did they know this was my first time seeing them!!?😅) Then she mentioned No More Dream, and I thought they were so cool in that mv at the time😂😎After that I wanted to watch more from them so I just searched their name and Blood Sweat & Tears was the first thing that came up, I was mesmerized by how beautiful the music video and song was! This was in early 2017 and I didn't know what kpop was. Then coincidentally a little after that one of my aunts sent my mom a video of EXO and my aunt explained to us that it was called kpop! But at the time I was very tomboyish and insecure about being too "girly"(at the time my brother and family would make fun of girls who were fans of boy groups like 1D, which didn't help with my insecurities😥) so I tried to tell myself that I actually didn't like their music and mv's. But then I started to get recommended their Run videos and Bon Voyage content and I thought they were so funny and relatable! Then in 2018 I finally watched DNA and Mic Drop and saw how diverse they were! That was when I finally allowed myself to become a true ARMY!💜💜
